Drew has more than 40 years of experience in planning, developing, and managing a wide variety of real estate and economic development projects. He uses his experience with development companies, educational institutions, and government agencies to devise solutions that both owners and host communities can embrace.
His work has involved the development and expansion of numerous university-related research parks, redevelopment of historic properties, and planning the reuse and disposition of numerous surplus properties and dormant public facilities. Recently, he’s been helping direct a large mixed-use transit-oriented development project in Somerville, Massachusetts. On another project he’s helping MassDOT solicit private developers and working with them to redevelop air rights above as well as manage renovation of the transit station below.
Drew is fascinated by our urban places and loves to explore the diverse cultures he discovers there. Outside of work he spends his free time travelling, listening to jazz, blues, and opera, and collecting art, ceramics, photography, and Japanese prints.
