Aston Dell is a 46 lots subdivision with a small commercial development site situated on a rolling, forested site in the Coastal Plain.  We are working closely with the Developer and the site Engineer to maximize the quality and number of lots.  We plan the locations of homesites and drainfields to maximize the final visual impact of the subdivision.   WEG Soil Scientists are proceeding with a lot by lot evaluation and documentation of the soils to determine their suitability for the installation of onsite sewage disposal systems.  We will prepare Soil Reports required by the County Health Department for subdivision certification and assist the County Health Department in their field review of the submitted Soil Reports.
