Rosemore is a 29 lot Hamlet situated on rolling pasture land in the Blue Ridge Province of Loudoun County.  We are working closely with the Developer and the site Engineer to determine the location of the drainfields for each lot.  The Hamlet concept is designed to maximize open space around the homesite cluster.  WEG Soil Scientists are proceeding with a lot by lot evaluation and documentation of the soils to determine their suitability for the installation of onsite sewage disposal systems.  We will prepare Soil Reports required by the County Health Department for subdivision certification and assist the County Health Department in their field review of the submitted Soil Reports.
